Description
Our all-inclusive retreats are for 3-days, including all meals and accommodations. Not only will you receive all course materials, lecture notes, articles, and other give-aways, you will enjoy a full experience that includes:
- Morning yoga to focus on breathing and mindfulness
- Early check-in and get to know you event
- Welcome dinner
- Private dinner experience, including a chef meet and greet
Accommodations are on-site at the retreat location, double occupancy.
